After 5 years of R&D and many failures to find an ecological substitute for leather, we finally found a revolutionary fabric. Developed by an Italian company, C.W.L. is a bio-sourced material, made from a waxed canvas with 50% corn waste from the food industry. As a result, this leather alternative is a biodegradable fabric. Its look and touch is comparable to leather. A new vegan basic sneaker with a larger sole and a sharper design.
It opens a new exciting path for VEJA : a new sneaker that is going beyond leather.
